Our UID United Kingdom Iftar Programme was held in a wonderful spirit of unity and brotherhood.
Beginning with a beautiful recitation of the Holy Qur’an, the evening brought our community together around the iftar table, strengthening bonds of unity and solidarity.
We were honoured by the presence of our guests of honour, the Mayor of Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality, Fırat Görgel, alongside the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye in London, Osman Koray Ertaş and the Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in London, Assoc. Prof. Hasan Ulusoy.
The programme was highly successful and meaningful.
We thank all our guests for their participation and look forward to many more gatherings in unity.
